All of our products have a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years. In a number of cases, it is 3 years. Within the product’s warranty period, all repairs which meet the warranty conditions are free of charge. If it is not possible to repair the product, you will receive a new product free of charge. During the warranty period, a faulty product must be returned to us. If the product meets the warranty conditions and the warranty period has not elapsed, the product will be repaired free of charge. If it is not possible to repair the product, you will receive a new product free of charge.

You can only order accessories and spare parts via our brandwebsite. Once you go to our brandwebsite you can easily find your accessories & spare parts for the items you are looking for by searching by product title or item number. You can find our brand website here.
By deafult we offer you a 14-day cooling-off period. If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you are not happy with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days. You log into your account and go to “Request return”. Follow the on-screen instructions and click “Finish”. We will then assess your return request. We will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us within five working days, you can contact us yourself.
