Track & trace


Once your package has left our warehouse, you can follow its progress via the track & trace service offered by our delivery carrier Parcelforce. You will receive the trace & trace code by e-mail when the after you have placed an order via our webshop and the order is send to our delivery carrier. It takes at maximum 1 working day to send you the track & trace e-mail. The track & trace code allows you to follow your package’s progress and to see when it will be delivered. If you did not got an track & trace e-mail within 1 working day, please contact us!

Delivery charges

Delivery costs – Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We offer free standard delivery to all addresses in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

How we deliver. All products ordered through our webshop for delivery in Great Britain and Northern Ireland are delivered by standard delivery by default. If you want to express or saturday delivery you can choose those options in the checkout.

Delivery times

Where the standard delivery service applies, we aim to get your purchase to you the next working day. For these purposes, “working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays as applicable in England, and “weekend days” are Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order before 12.00 on a working day, this period runs from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 12.00 on a working day, or on a weekend day, this period runs from the close of business on the next following day. We do what we reasonably can to meet the delivery times set out in this section. However, these cannot be guaranteed. There are exceptions to these based on the zone your delivery postcode is in. Please refer to the zone list.

  • Zone 1 – the Norm. Those postcodes mentioned in Zone 1 will be able to get free next day delivery by 5:30pm on an express24 service. These postcodes will also be able to choose from:
    • expressAM service to have delivery before 12noon the next business day. Cost for this is +£7.20 incl. VAT / £6.00 excl. VAT
    • Saturday service to have delivery before 5:30pm Saturday if ordered on a Friday. Cost for this is +£14.40 incl. VAT / £12.00 excl. VAT
  • Zone 1 – the Exceptions: These postcodes from Zone 1 will only get a free 48hr delivery service option: AB30, 31, 33-38, 41-45, 51-56, DD8-10, FK8 3, FK17-21, IV4-9, 63, PH10-11, 13-14, SY15-21, 23-25, TD1-15 1, TR1-20, 26-27
  • Zone 2 – the Norm. Only postcodes PH17-18 in Zone 2 postcodes will be able to get free next day delivery by 5:30pm on an express24 service. These postcodes will also be able to choose from:
    • expressAM service to have delivery before 12noon the next business day. Cost for this is +£7.20 incl. VAT / £6.00 excl. VAT
    • Saturday service to have delivery before 5:30pm Saturday if ordered on a Friday. Cost for this is +£14.40 incl. VAT / £12.00 excl. VAT
  • Zone 2 – the Exceptions: Only postcodes PH17-18 in Zone 2 postcodes will be able to get free next day delivery by 5:30pm on an express24 service. These postcodes will also be able to choose from:
    • These postcodes from Zone 2 will only get a free 48hr delivery service option: IV1-2, IV10-12, 15-20, 30-32, 36, IV13-14, IV21-28, IV40-56, KA27-28, KW1-3, 5-14, PA60-61, PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50
    • These postcodes from Zone 2 will only get a free 3-day delivery service option: HS1-9, KW15, PA20-49, 62-78, 80, ZE1-3
    • These postcodes from Zone 2 will only get a free 4-day delivery service option: KW16-17
  • Zone 3 – the Norm. Those postcodes mentioned in Zone 3 will be able to get next day delivery by 5:30pm on an express24 service. These postcodes will also be able to choose from:
    • expressAM service to have delivery before 12noon the next business day. Cost for this is +£7.20 incl. VAT / £6.00 excl. VAT
    • Saturday service to have delivery before 5:30pm Saturday if ordered on a Friday. Cost for this is +£14.40 incl. VAT / £12.00 excl. VAT
  • Zone 3 – the Exceptions: The below postcodes will only get a 48hr delivery service option: TR21-25

Courier deliveries

All courier deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. Our courier delivery service providers may notify you by telephone or email in advance of attempting to make a delivery.

Additional courier delivery attempts and collection.

If an initial delivery attempt by our courier is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider may make one further attempt to deliver your products. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.

Shipment

Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an e-mail. This e-mail states the track & trace code of the delivery service (ParcelForce), so that you can follow the status of your order the following morning. By logging into our website, you can also follow the progress of your order in the ‘My orders’ tab.

Does your product fit through your letter box? In that case, you will not receive a track & trace code.

If you are not at home when your product is delivered, you receive a note from the delivery service through your letter box asking you to arrange a new delivery time online or to inform them that you wish to collect the product from a service point.



FAQ's

Yes. You can specify a different delivery address in your account details. You can log into your account or create a new account here. Also, during the checkout you can specify a different delivery address.
That depends on the delivery method you chose. Please carefully read the delivery methods above. If you ordered after the time of the day given by the delivery method, it might take 1 working day more to deliver the package. However, you will always receive a track & trace e-mail to follow your delivery.
If your order is being delivered by our courier Parcelforce you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in the email that they send you to confirm delivery, which you can use to follow your order’s progress (this does not apply to orders that fit through a letterbox). To follow the progress of a product that you return to us, use the track & trace code of the return order carrier.

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by telephone on 0345 2301231. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is due to your or your nominated recipient of the products unavailability at the delivery address or delivery otherwise proves impossible in circumstances that could not reasonably be regarded as our responsibility (we set out examples below), and you or your nominee do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge). An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your responsibility is set out below:
  • you provided the wrong address for delivery;
  • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed; or
  • where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
If you do not collect the products from us within the time limit specified on the card left at the delivery address, and you do not arrange redelivery of the products, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract with you.

A product which is goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you or a carrier organised by you collect it from us.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
